Blank Screen is an option to secure the content of a session by blanking the screen of the remote device. This option allows you to disable the monitor on the remote side during a running session. What is displayed on the screen is hidden and people in the vicinity of the remote remote device can only see a blank screen.
To use the blank screen feature, follow these steps:
During a running session, open the toolbar and then click “Open blank” to turn the remote screen black.
To disable the blank screen, click “Close blank”.
