  • How to bind or unbind devices?

    Binding devices with your AweSun account enables easy access. Devices under the same AweSun account can achieve safe and fast connections only through one click.

    How to bind a device to your AweSun account?

    Two options are available for device binding.

    Option one:
    1. Right-click on the device and then click on “Bind Account”. You can also click “Bind this device” under “Unattended Access”.

    2. Click “Bind Now” on the pop-up dialog box.

    Option two:
    1. Click on the Menu Bar.
    2. Go to “Options” > “Remote Control”.
    3. Click “Bind this device”.

    How to unbind a device from your AweSun account?

    You can unbind all the devices under the same AweSun account.

    1. To unbind the device you are using, right-click the device and click on “Unbind Account”.

      You can also go to the Menu Bar > “Options” > “Remote Control” > “Bind Account”, and then click “Unbind”.

    2. To unbind other devices from the current AweSun Account, right-click on the device and then click “Delete Device”.
